Business Continuity Summary

Last updated: August 5, 2026

Meridian Capital Partners maintains a business continuity plan designed to allow us to continue serving clients and protect client records in the event of a significant business disruption, such as a natural disaster, technology outage, or other emergency.

Our plan covers

  • Data backup and recovery procedures for client records and communications
  • Alternate means of communicating with clients if normal channels are unavailable
  • Relocation procedures for our office facilities, if necessary
  • Coordination with custodians and other service providers to maintain access to accounts

Varying disruptions

Depending on the nature of a disruption, recovery times may vary. In the event of a significant disruption affecting only our firm, we expect to resume operations promptly. In the event of a disruption affecting the broader financial markets or region, recovery may take longer, but client assets held at our custodian remain accessible independent of our firm’s own systems.

Questions

Clients with questions about our business continuity plan can reach out through our Contact page.
